You may choose to provide certain personal information in order to access or use certain features or services of the Site, such as joining a waitlist, registering interest in group sessions or 1:1 work, requesting information, or otherwise contacting us. Such information may include your name, phone number, email address, mailing address, credit card or banking information or other information. You can always choose not to provide information, but it may limit your ability to use a particular service or feature on the Site.
By providing your personal information to us, you are authorizing us to collect, use and disclose such information in the manner outlined in this policy. Unless we advise otherwise, your information will only be used for the purposes for which it was provided or in order to contact you regarding related matters. We limit the information we collect to what we feel is necessary for those purposes.
We may periodically send you newsletters, emails or similar communications featuring the podcast, group sessions, events, requests for your feedback, or other information we think may be of interest to you, in accordance with local law. You may stop receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the instructions included in the message you receive.
Guy Lawrence also collects information that is sent to us automatically by your web browser. The information we receive depends upon your browser’s settings. This information typically includes your computer’s IP address, the address of the web page you were visiting when you accessed our Site, the name of the operating system installed on your computer, the name and version of the browser you are using and the date and time of your visit. We use this information primarily to create statistics that help us improve our Site and make it more compatible with the technology used by our visitors. Your personal information may be processed and stored in Australia or such other foreign country and the governments, courts, law enforcement and regulatory agencies of that country may be able to demand disclosure of personal information pursuant to the laws of such country.

USE OF THIS SITE BY MINORS
This is a commercial website intended for use by individuals that are at least 18 years old. Cancellation & Refund Policy — Online Healing Sessions
All payments made for Group Healing Sessions are non-refundable once payment has been received, regardless of attendance or change of mind.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY
This work can bring things up — patterns, emotions, decisions. That’s yours to work with. Guy Lawrence holds the space; he is not responsible for the outcomes of your own choices, actions, or life circumstances during or after these sessions.
IF YOU MISS A SESSION
If you’re unable to attend a live session you’ve booked, a recording will be sent to you. The session itself is not refunded or made up live.
IF GUY LAWRENCE CANCELS OR RESCHEDULES
If Guy Lawrence is unable to deliver a session due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, that session will be rescheduled at the earliest available opportunity, or an equivalent replacement session will be offered.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot lawfully be excluded. This policy applies to the extent permitted by law.
SCOPE
This policy applies to Group Healing Sessions booked directly with Guy Lawrence. It does not apply to retreats or events run through Live In Flow, which are booked and governed separately.

Group Healing Sessions, 1:1 work, and any other paid services offered through this Site are subject to the specific terms provided at the time of booking, including payment terms and the separate Cancellation & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions.Retreats and events run under Live In Flow are booked and governed separately, under Live In Flow’s own terms, and are not covered by this document.
