The Remembrance: Awakening the Hidden Intelligence Within Us | Veda Austin

#427 In this podcast episode, Guy talked with water researcher Veda Austin about her radical perspective that water is not just H₂O but a form of consciousness, light, and living intelligence. She shared how a horrific car accident and a series of medical crises led her to a healing journey with naturally alkaline water, which she credited with extraordinary recoveries, including 27 shards of glass surfacing from her body after 20 years.

Veda explained her crystallography work, describing how water responds to words, emotions, and loving intention by changing its structure, and how she has used simple “word” experiments to support healing. They explored the idea that consciousness may live in the body’s fluids rather than the brain, citing cases of people thriving with almost no brain tissue and the role of cerebrospinal fluid. The conversation closed with Veda offering practical wisdom about receiving water with gratitude, treating it as a divine mirror, and recognizing the power each of us holds to shape our own wellbeing.

About Veda: Veda Austin is a water researcher, public speaker, mother, artist  and author. She has dedicated the last 14 years observing and photographing the life of water. She believes that water is fluid intelligence, observing itself through every living organism on the planet and in the Universe.

Her primary area of focus is photographing water in its ‘state of creation’, the space between liquid and ice. It is through her remarkable crystallographic photos that water reveals its awareness of not only Creation, but thought and intention through imagery.

Veda brings a message of hope and joy from the very source of life itself, she says “Water is transparent, it knows no colour, creed or religion. Water does not judge, nor does it label, it will enter the body of an ant as easily as it will enter the body of a king, or a homeless person or a tree or a dragonfly. Water is our constant companion, from the moment we are conceived it is always with us…even upon death, it is water that evaporates from the physical rising upwards into the Heavens.

Veda:
What animates the body? Where is the consciousness? So certainly not just stuck in the brain. What is the connection between consciousness and water? If I was pushed to say that water is consciousness. I had a very powerful healing experience with a very special type of water here in New Zealand. I had been in a horrendous car accident, and we’d gone under a seven-ton truck, rolled twice, and the driver died immediately. And between day 10 and 12, I’d picked 27 pieces of green glass out of my arm and jaw that had been in my body for over 20 years. You realize that water is a divine mirror, and there are trillions of water molecules that are mirroring you. You just have to ask who you want to be

Guy:
Here’s a question for you. What if the intelligence you’ve been searching for isn’t out there, but it
already exists within you? Another question for you, and what if it’s beginning to wake up? So today, Veda Austin was amazing. She shares her perspectives that completely changed the way I think about consciousness, water, healing, and what it means to be human. For me, this podcast is why I podcast. It’s mind-blowing. Let me know what you think in the comments. Enjoy. It goes deep

Guy:
Veda, welcome to the podcast.

Veda:
Uh, thank you so much for having me.

Guy:
I’m really intrigued about today, and it’s interesting when it comes to water. the– what I wanted to start with is we, we often think about water, about what’s in it. Well, I do, not what it is. And, you know, was kind of– I was even chatting to my wife earlier, e-explaining about, um, the podcast today, and she’s like, “Oh, that sounds really
interesting. I’ve never thought of it that way before.” So I’m curious to know, how do you see the difference, but where did that start for you? Like why, water is as opposed to what’s in it?

Veda:
That’s a fantastic question. Uh, I was– I had a very powerful healing experience with a very special type of water here in New Zealand. Uh, I I had been in a horrendous car accident, and we’d gone under a seven-ton truck, rolled twice, and the driver died immediately. And it was yeah, it was pretty bad. It was over twenty-five years ago now.
But it essentially led on to eight surgeries. I, um, there’s– anyway, there’s a whole medical thing, but I had to have a small bowel resection, and it had been my third. I had to have three bowel resections where the seatbelt had crushed my internal organs, and the scar tissue  had started to grow and cut my digestive system o-off. So on the last surgery, I ended up going in and they put a stent in my small bowel.

It was a very long surgery, and I woke up surrounded by surgeons saying, didn’t recover well, and now you have showers of blood clots in your lungs, and you’re probably gonna have to be on warfarin, which is a blood thinner, for the rest of your life.” And I’m– I was young. I didn’t drink, I didn’t smoke. I was vegetarian. I took care of myself, and outside of car accident issues, I had always been really well. And so being told at such a young age that I have to be on warfarin now for the potential rest of my life was quite a shocking thing to hear.and so said, “Okay, um, all right.” they said I was gonna die if I didn’t do this. So about three and a half months later, I had a clear chest X-ray and I made a decision based off something that had already happened that doctors told me couldn’t. So if you kinda go back a little bit, when I had that car accident and I had all that internal bleeding, doctors told me, three doctors told me, that I would never be able to carry to term or, or have children based off all of this.

So I had put what they told me on the shelf. I have this gift to be able to do this. I put it on the shelf. I’m like, “Okay, I hear you, but I’m gonna let my body to make the decisions.” and so- Basically, I had a child for every doctor that told me I couldn’t. And it, it’s not because I’m just defiant, but because I allowed the, the process to happen organically and didn’t limit, uh, my, my biology by believing that what they said was going to happen or be true. And so when I had this last surgery, and when I had, uh, the blood clots, and when the blood clots were gone, and he said, “Well, you should keep taking it for the rest of your life,” I made a decision to go on a natural health journey, and that I was going to make sure, to the best of my ability, that my health stayed and actually improved. Not just stayed well, but, actually thrived.

And I spoke to a friend of mine who was a medical doctor, but practiced Ayurvedic medicine, and he said, “Why don’t you start with the foundation of life?” He said, “Start with a naturally alkaline water.” And he said that because springs generally, as they bubble up, are naturally alkaline. Al- alkaline is anything above a seven in pH, which stands for considered alkaline which is an overcharge New Zealand, where I live, there are many springs, and it’s very easy to go and, collect water. And so I trialed myself on two-week trials with different naturally alkaline waters, and what I discovered was that I didn’t really feel… You know, I f- didn’t really notice anything. But we have this meat suit on, and so we don’t really see the inner workings of what’s happening within our body.

But by this time, I had a wellness center and, uh, I had a client came and said, “You know, I know this old guy. He has this, a private source of water. He’s only giving it to cancer patients. It’s 9.9 out of the ground. And, um, of the ground And seem to be having amazing results. Perhaps you go and talk to him and he’ll give you some, and you animals that goes for you.” So I rang him and he, he was so kind. He gave me a month’s worth to drink. Day three, noticed a change in bowel motions after having so much bowel surgery. You know, this is, a real win, and you’re noticing some differences, and it’s a real indicator of our internal health. And then on day 10, I, I noticed all these bumps coming up on my arm and jaw on my right side that were really painful. And one was particularly angry. And even though it sounds really disgusting,

I got some tweezers and I, I ended up pulling this little bit of something out of my arm and it was a, shard of green glass. And between day 10 and 12, I’d picked 27 pieces of green glass out of my arm and jaw that had been in my body for over 20 years. Because the man who died in that car accident owned a nightclub, and in the back of the car were crates of Steinlager beer, which is a, lager in a green glass bottle. And when the car rolled, the right side of my body got more of that shattered green glass, and the left side got more windscreen. And so my immediate thought really was like, “God, how, how is this happening? I’d trialed with these other waters, but what makes this different?” And so this is a, this is all leading to your question. And so I ended up being very logical and going, “Okay, there must be something in the water.” Looked at analysis, blah, blah. And okay, there’s bicarb, there’s lime.

Those are the two, two f- major factors that are affecting the natural alkalinity of this water, on top of various other minerals. But is it that? Is that what it is? I started tr- I ended up trialing a bunch of people in my, for my wellness center, were on this water as well to see if it wasn’t just me that was having a response Um, and everyone had responses, positive responses from  from someone who had tried to get pregnant, gone through two rounds of IVF, got pregnant within the first, you know month of trying the water,  to people with severe depression started to feel better. One guy had stage four cancer, and he did a 27-day water fast with this water. Halfway through, the tumor was reduced by half, and two weeks later they called it spontaneous healing. He was one of three people that had amazing results with water fasting with this water.

The list kept going on. So I was going back to this analysis think- thinking, you know I feel like I’m missing something. And then someone said to me, which I very much appreciated, well you know why don’t you look in a different way? Ask a different question.” And that led me on to going, well, you know if you look at Tesla, he says, “If you want to know the secrets to the universe, look at frequency, energy, and vibration.” And I’m like, how can I know that about water? And then I said to myself, “Well, you know all I’m really looking at when I look at an analysis is what water holds, not what water is.” Then I ask the question, what is water? And I have been a water researcher now really prolifically in, in the area of crystallography for 16 years, and believe it or not I’m still asking that question.

But someone said to me, “Well, what if the two hydrogens are feminine in the mode of levity and the large oxygen is masculine in the mode of gravity, and together they create liquid water and balance on Earth?” and “Wow.” And at it that means, far more to me than what we get taught at school or, or when we ask what is water and we get told it’s H2O. And then I found out that water really is only one part matter. There’s hydrogens and oxygen. 99% of water is light, photonic light, making water a light house. And our body there, uh, we’re 99% water by molecular count, not by volume, and there are more water molecules in our bodies than all the stars in the perceivable universe. And yet all we get taught at school is that water is H2O. And when we start diving into this question, what is water, we really are diving into the question of who are we?

Guy:
body they’re uh they’re ninety-nine percent water by molecular count not by volume And there are more water molecules in our bodies than all the stars in the foreseeable universe And yet all we get taught at school is that water is H₂O And when we start diving into nutrition and all this what we really are doing is looking at water Holy shit I I don’t know where to start after that. That is incredible I got goosebumps when you said ninety-nine percent of water is light It really is. That’s been my own evolution of journey is understanding that and awakening to that fact and
that’s why. I do what I do now truly And you just saying that. I’ve never really considered that before either but it’s so obvious when you when you say it to me anyway. I uh th-there’s a couple of loops I wanna I wanna dive into before we kinda get into the the the more the water side was.

There’s a couple of things you said to me about Cause I feel we so we’ve been conditioned in life to outsource our power in in every aspect and we just look outside of ourselves for all the answers consistently and then we accept believe and surrender into different things like like you s but what you went through with the diagnosis. I see it all the time with people We’ve just accepted it We go into the that realm But there was obviously something about you that decided no you you had that innate ability within you to park that and and trust th-th your body’s divine intelligence if you like. How much do you feel that is an aspect of the healing journey that you went on with that that you actually had that intent behind you. That as opposed to coming into it from a fear-based place and just drinking the water if you if you like and and would it have been different Do you ever l explore those ideas

Veda:
do. Um, and nobody’s ever really asked me about it, so I love it when someone asks me a new question. It’s always, always lovely.
Sorry I thought I turned it off And it was I think that, uh, I was a very sick child. I was very sick when I was little. Um uh, I had three blood transfusions before I was one, and, uh, I spent a lot of time in hospital and I had had, uh, eye surgery a- at a couple a day old really as well. And so, um- There were aspects

Guy:
when

Veda:
you are very little and you go th- your body goes through a lot of trauma,
I was actually, unable to see or considered to potentially going blind, um, twice in my life. Uh, at five I’d started school and I started to have some issues with my eyes come back, and I had to have another surgery, which I didn’t recover from. So I started to learn braille and then my eyesight started to come back, um, couple months later, or s- three or four months later. And now have have great eyesight, however within that, I spent a lot of time in what we call darkness, where I couldn’t see, and it wasn’t that I couldn’t see. You c- you can see things when you can’t see. know what I mean?

When you, when you can’t, when your eyes are closed and you don’t have the vision that we have now, you have a different kind of vision. I, I used to see this diamond shape which had specific kind of turquoisey, two-dimensional colors come in and out, and I made this decision as a really young child to focus on it. And I thought keep looking at this shape, I might be able to move the shape closer to me and move the shape further away from me, and I think this shape is gonna help heal my eyesight.” I had this really rudimentary idea as a child, but I, I knew it somehow inside of me that, that with the sight I did have, there was a reason that I could see those things. And so I used to move it around and bring it close to me, and my whole goal was that I merge it into myself so I no longer could see it.

And one day, once I decided I would, uh … it just happened. And then, um, it was the day I had to go to the doctor and, we took the bandages and all the stuff off, and I was able to see. And so I believe that I was not your ordinary As a child I, I I really, was very interested in deep philosophies a- as a young person, and was not named Veda because my mother Ved- uh, followed the Vedic scriptures or anything. She came from England on a Russian ship, and she was friends with a woman called Veda. So half the people from my life from under call me Veda, and everyone else who knows about the Vedas, and I have, have followed Vedic philosophy  many years, uh, call me Veda.

And so I used to– I remember going to school and, at, at, again, at five, and the teacher said, “What do you call someone who rides an elephant?” And I thrust my hand up and I said, “A mahout. A mahout.” And she said, “Oh, very good. How did you know that?” And I had absolutely no idea how I knew that so- I really embraced my my inner curiosity throughout life, although my life was not, has not been easy. I think sometimes when you go through some, uh, difficulties, you, or and suffering, you get to understand that you’re suffering and your, your, your experiences mean smething and there is meaning behind them.

And so when it came to doctors telling me what my body couldn’t do, I was able to kind of hear people but also hear that inner voice inside of me that said, “You, uh…” We just have to hear it. That just said, “Well, that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s true though, remember?” And I have this little voice that I listen to, which, which I listened to as a little girl that said, “Move that little, uh, you know, diamond shape around.” And that little voice knows you better than anyone else does. So I was able to, had been listening to that my whole life.

Guy:
Wow thank you w when we host a facilitator retreat we do i-intentional healings through the space and coming to me is not
even occurring Like uh uh w-what percentage of water would you say the human body is now average

Veda:
On average, you mean by volume?

Guy:
Yeah

Veda:
By volume, uh, most adults are around the 65 to 70%.

Guy:
So it’s a lot isn’t it And I and I just wonder then if if water is light or conscious like you like you all your research is showing what are our thoughts our emotions and that resonance that kind of is happening within us. And what is that then doing to our body on a on a daily basis and ourselves and our sense of wellbeing in the first place. And then how much then we can influence the water within us to start to shift our state of being we can naturally be becoming more of our-ourselves. And and the Sorry I’m just kind of speaking out
loud because I’m just trying to piece it together cause are you saying as well then what you’ve looked at that the water itself could be holding the memory the trauma the the past experiences within us as well. Cause it’s always spoken of of the cells the fascia tissue you know the nervous system It’s all kind of working around that. But I’ve I’ve never really started to bring it in when it comes to water within our bodies as well.

I’m actually here right now at a retreat space in Taupo, New Zealand, and it’s beautiful. And it really brings home the difference between understanding this work and actually living it, because that’s what retreats can do and why we’re so passionate about it. They give you the space to slow down, to reconnect, and truly let something deeper land. So it’s not just an idea, but it’s a lived experience. That’s why we created Live in Flow. So if you’ve been feeling this shift in your own life and you know you’re ready to go deeper, then come back to liveinflow.co to find out more. Anyway, back to the episode

Veda:
Well, I mean, I’m glad you asked that question because I like to boil things down, pardon the pun. And there’s so, there’s so little we really know about water So, and I think that’s exciting. I think it’s exciting that we know so little about water because it gives so much room for us to explore our own potential.
If you pu- boil us down as, as any real living thing, there’s water, m- salts or minerals, and consciousness. So when, when you think about it, all the salts and minerals that also make up our bones and our teeth and all of the different things go back to the ground when someone dies. Everything ends up with– everything of the salts goes back to the ground.

When somebody’s cremated, ashes are actually salts. Where does the water go? So when, when as a conscious being, whe- what is the connection between consciousness and water? Why don’t go around saying that water is conscious. I’m more likely, if I was pushed, to say that water is consciousness. There is we know of four different states of water, but we barely know anything about those states, and I think there are actually many more states. I actually think intuition is a state of water, and I have reasons for that. So we say we, at school, we’re taught about the three, Liquid,  solid, and a gas. There’s also a fourth phase water, which is a type of plasma. It’s a kind of water inside of our cells. H3O2. It has a two extra hydrogens and an oxygen, and it is actually…

It has an extra hydrogen and oxygen, sorry, and it has more viscosity. It absorbs more light. It has negative charge, all these different kinds of things. So it has a property with the work that I do, I’m working in that in that area. I freeze water to the fourth phase stage, to the stage where it has, uh, these properties, and it is not a solid. So by working and looking at water at a unique state has given me insights that a liquid water and a solid will not give me, and all of the secrets are in the subtleties. when you apply that to people, and you start to look at how, how, have I missed this component about water when, uh, I’m only a cut away from leaking or an emotional, uh, e- expression away from leaking or going to the bathroom and leaking or any types of leaking.

We do a lot of it. and yet when we look at ourselves, which shows how significant the way in which we perceive the world is through our eyes, our eye lens, you know, that jelly-like film across our eyes, that is ninety-nine percent highly ordered, structured fourth phase water. We literally see the world through the lens of water. And I always say, if eyes were the windows to the soul, then tears are an expression of spirit. So if you start to then consider-water is a shape-shifter. It doesn’t die. People can, in certain spaces say, “Oh, that’s dead water. It, it doesn’t have any structure. It doesn’t have this, it doesn’t have that.” I think all water has potential, just like people. you say I often make an analogy that someone who’s very, very sick could be seen as like tap water.

Does that mean that they’re terrible, a horrible person? No. It means that they’ve gone through something and that they’re holding things that don’t serve them, that’s physical, emotional. and so tap water, I actually love to work with tap water. It’s very very responsive, and people are shocked. “Oh, but  not talking about drinking it. I’m talking about working with it in a crystallographic for- way. So I can freeze, using my method, tap water, this does relate to your question, and see very disordered patterns from municipal tap water anyway. Then you can let that melt, then you can apply true loving energy, uh, empathy, uh, love, care, frequency, any of these things, Reiki, whatever your thing is, as long as your heart, heartfelt intention is that you have great deal of compassion and love for this water, and then you refreeze the exact same sample, and you can do this with controls.

Hate that word, but people know what I mean. And I won’t see a change in the control, but I will see a change, um, in the one that was given love, and it can start to look like spring water sometimes. Structurally, it can change to beautiful hexagonal patterns. You can start to see flowers and ferns and all of these healthy e-expressions, but it’s the same exact water. Now apply that to a person. So someone might go to the doctor. That doctor says, “Now you have cancer.” That person has an expression, a real feeling about that naturally and obviously. They go home and in of this expression of feeling. It’s like quite shocking. And then somebody will come to them and say, well listen we’re not alone. we’re gonna get through this. I know all these people that we can help. We’re gonna get started. You know, gonna– Let me give you a blanket.

Let me give you a cup of tea. You know let me hug you.” All of the things that we wanna feel cared about, that we’re not alone in this journey. and that person can start to feel better. The doctor will say, “You still have cancer,” but they can’t control how you feel. is up to you. And so when that person… You just notice that somebody makes you start to feel be– Often you burst out in tears when someone’s kind to you and you’re going through a… Why the emotion is coming out through water. And so when you have that expr-expression of feeling better, that is the equivalent of seeing structural change in water. And the more you do it- The clearer and larger the hexagonal forms become, which is the energetic, healthiest state of water when you’re looking at a signature pattern of water. It’s a whole other Oh another nother thing. There are three ways water shares information.

A signature pattern, which is a repeated pattern that you see in types of water. So when you wanna see the highest energetic expression, you wanna see a, large hexagon, hexagon that takes up the entire dish. Then you have the art of water. I always say that art is the heart of water, where water can take almost like a snapshot of a person’s photograph if you put a photo under the and you’ll see an image of the face and their features. But it will not be an exact replica. its like very very clever very artistic, uh, i- impression that, that is recognizable. And then there’s hydroglyphs, which are repeated patterns that need to have repeated at least 50 times using, um, written word, a written word in multiple languages, and water responds with symbology, and then is something I’ve been working for six and a half years, and I’ve been in this field for 16, and that is where I get the most scientific attention from. Anyway, that’s a whole separate issue.

But that helps you read the messages in water, and even use it as diagnostics. But I wanna bring it back to health as well, and wellbeing. And so one of the of the many many things, I’m gonna give you two tips, ’cause I know we have a shorter period of time, and I can talk for hours. So I wanna leave people with something to take away as well, which is always really helpful. My freezing method is really, really simple, and you can get it for free on my website using the word blessing. I,  Thousands are doing this. You don’t need fancy equipment. And I take all my photos on my iPhone. My daughter, she said to me, uh, one time I was holding up a beautiful crystallographic dish, and she said, “Can I have that, Mommy?” And I gave it to her, and she started to eat the ice. And I’m like, “Oh, what are you doing And she said, “Oh, it’s good for me.” I’m like, “Oh, that’s interesting.”

And then her brother did the same thing a few weeks later, separate to her. And then as I’ve been teaching people the freezing method, around the world, many are parents, and they tell me their children eat the crystallography. So I started to take this into consideration, thinking, “What do these young people know? What are they teaching us?” And then, uh, one day, I, look, I’m, I’m skipping ahead and anyway, I had a headache, and I’ve seen this power of words show up, so I haven’t been limited, intoplay the formula w- of water. I don’t like to think that I’m experimenting, ’cause I’ve seen water respond way too much, not just react So for it to– is there’s an interaction happening. I am a body of water, salts, minerals, and consciousness.

So I am a body of water responding and res- responding to another body of water. What is interesting about the body of water that’s not placed within a body is that it is more unlimited in what it can share with me because it’s not limited to the realm of the body and the conditionings that this body has been taught it from birth. And so you’re working with an expansive source. I think of water not as a resource but as source And there is water in multiple phases. So while I was g– I was talking about the phases. There are over three hundred different types of ice alone we, a-and we could spend an entire lifetime talking about one.

So when you start going into the different aspects– I’ve worked with some, uh, non-verbal, or they like to be called beyond verbal autistic young people who have access to other realms of consciousness and can use a letter board and communicate telepathically. And, uh, I also work with scientists, doctors,  you know biologists and all manner of, of indigenous people, and my father is Native New Zealand Maori. so like a whole spectrum. I like to weave science, art, and consciousness together to get a very wide perspective. And these beyond verbal people say, you know  that water isn’t holds the consciousness of all things, It and that it cannot lie, and that within the crystallography that I’m seeing is not only imagery that you can see, but there is dimension, there are doorways to consciousness. There are– it has sound. It has healing properties on its own.

So I started to play with words as it’s Rosetta Stone to see what will happen. All my work has come out of curiosity. And so really encourage that, that way to go forward. And so uh, in the end, I had a headache. Anyway, that was a long way. So I had a headache. I don’t normally get them. And I thought, “Okay, what am I gonna do about this?” And so I, I was inspired by my, my daughter. And so I wrote a word that came from the well of knowledge within me, not something but I’m like, “What’s the first word that comes to mind?” And my first word was purple. So I wrote the word purple. I put it on– I put my dish of water on top of it for thirty seconds, which is not too long and not too short. Water follows your attention span You took it– take it off, put it in the freezer, freeze it for five minutes and 30 seconds so that there is water on top and ice– li- li- liquid crystal underneath.

You tip the liquid away, and then you photograph the crystallography that sticks to the dish. A very simple technique, but you just gotta get the hang of it. rather than doing all the photography, I just ate the crystallography. Within five minutes, my headache had completely gone. So I started telling lots of people about this ’cause it’s free, basically. You don’t have to get a glass Petri dish. You can use a glass baking dish if that’s all you’ve got. Use the word. Don’t overthink it. That’s the key. And I had– have had now two and a half years of people just coming back with all kinds of things that they’ve experienced in a healing modality way by using words. and those words, it’s like water reads the collective energy of that word, reverse engineers it to back some kind of living principle. And so of liquid water as the messenger and liquid crystal as the message.

The difference with using liquid crystal as a, quote-unquote, medicine is that it is the message, and it is you embodying the qualities of that message that you gave it. So the water spoke to the water, and that water crystallized into that information. It became informed with that information. It was– became inform, and then you embodied that. And people who have had, like not slept in four years barely with terrible insomnia did this every single day for a week. And it’s often about the ten-day mark for people that have had something going on, just eating the crystallography daily has just transformed what happened to them. Like, they, they slept through the night. Someone, um, did this for nine months but had a really bad vaccine injury and could barely walk. and she was doing some movement as well and doing the inner work, which of course we must do.

And she– but the consistent thing she did, and she had this big pile of, words, different words she’d used. Her first word was connection. Was that like at end of that, she had a complete bill of health. She was perfectly well. And I did an interview with her, Rachel, actually, on my, Instagram, which was just like… You know, I don’t know. I don’t know what’s gonna happen. I just tell people, “Look, this worked, and why don’t we try this?” But I’ve seen some remarkable things. And then the other thing my daughter told me was that we have all the different phases of water w- inside of us, and that really helped me because when I had a wellness center, I saw lots of different people. no longer have it. It was a long time ago now. But the, the learning was there. And- When I would put my hands over people, I would often feel where their energy or their hurt, their pain was stuck, and I would feel it as freezing cold. So around our heart very often, the pe- around the pericardium of the heart, is like an ice wall when we don’t let go of things.

And if we have qualitative aspects of the different phases within us, then where we store and hold our pain, ’cause the most uncomfortable stage of water for water is solid ice, where it isn’t moving. Water loves to move and transform. It’s like it’s, it’s like a limbo space in a way, or a, or a, a different… Like a space of holding, a holding space. And so I would put my hands over a person and say to them, “Imagine that my hand is the sun, heart and I would to understand that what I’m feeling inside of you is this ice around your heart,” for example. “And as you feel that ice starting to be melted, let me know.” And everyone, even,  you know people that would spectacle would feel a change starting to happen. But what I really noticed was it went from, you know, a little bit metaphysical into really physical. so I saw their belly start to swell, and it would never be long before they tell me they need to go to the toilet. and they guaranteed would always come back and say to me, “I… No, I didn’t drink that much water.

I kept, just keep And peeing and peeing.” And it became ve- And they were actually excreted out of them something. It was as if something had really melted and, and released. And this is something anyone can do for themselves because you… anyone’s hand can be like a sun, and you put it over the areas where you know you’re holding on the most, and you can start to melt that ice wall yourself and help that liquid state go become the liquid state to be released. And, you know, we are such intelligent beings. It’s not so much that we are… This is what I hear all the time, and it is people, people mean well. But when you’ve been in this work and you see that water is not just water It’s not just memory, we can, if we’re me- memorize, we can re- ha- me- remember when we were of the or we can remember what happened last week, or whatever this kind of thing is.

But we can have memory, and we can have imagination, and we can dream, and we can do all kinds of things like that. Why? How How is these things possible? Then it comes to what is, what animates the body? What is– where is the living quality? Where is the consciousness? So it’s certainly not just stuck in the brain, there’s plenty of evidence that it’s not stuck in the brain. Um, one of the– that is that there is a friend of mine, Dr. Mauro Zappaterra, he’s a Harvard doctor, and he specializes in cerebrospinal fluid. And, uh, over the last year, he shared a couple of things that I w– I already had known about, but I hadn’t shared because sometimes people don’t believe you. They were like, “That’s too hard to believe,” but it’s absolutely true. And, uh, there was a doctor called Dr. Lob- all Lorber, I think, and he studied people with minimal to almost no brain.

Half of his clients were really severely disabled, but the other half were high functioning, very, very, uh, intelligent, had no physical disability whatsoever, and that half had the least amount, amount of brain. We’re talking less than ten percent of a brain in the head. And the en-entire brain cavity the cavity that was remaining was full of cerebrospinal fluid. he gave the, the my friend Mauro, he gave the example of a French man that had been in a car accident and had a perfectly normal, if you quote, like whatever normal is, normal life. And um, had a brain scan, and they found, yes, he only had ten percent of a brain. And then there was a girl from California, nineteen years old, aced school, like super clever, and, um, was in a car accident as well and scanned her brain, and she only had a brain stem. So if you are attached to the idea that consciousness is stored only in the brain, that kind of defies that.

So where could it be? Perhaps it could be within the fluids of the body, and that the cerebrospinal fluid is a very unique and special fluid. In fact, Mauro says that it is the portal to cosmic consciousness, and it moves when you breathe deeply through meditation, through deep breathing, through breathwork, all these things, and that it’s connection to, um, the h- e-everything. Anyway, we, we, can go on about those things, but that’s one all those small factor is of the thing– of the fact that water reads potential, and it reads your potential. So our consciousness, our consciousness is not separate to water. Water and consciousness are so intimately intertwined that they seem to behave as one. So if you think, uh, something really like, “I, I am beautiful. I’m beautiful,” and it’s not coming from an ego space and your body becomes, and your body becomes more beautiful.

More people see the inner beauty within you. And then again, if you do the opposite and say, “Oh, God, you know, got so much… Wish I was something else,” you know And, and you know I think it’s Henry Ford said, “If you think you can or you think you can’t, you’re right.” And it like this?  that Because water is the is an expression of your consciousness when it’s in your body. when it is in what is exciting is that it also stores all your greatest potential. When I put a s- I’ve worked a lot with, with seeds. So when I’ve put a sunflower seed into the water, removed it, and frozen, I don’t see the seeds. I never see the seed. I see the outcome of the seed. I see the sunflower or the apple. Goes on. I’ve repeated these. So water is reading the p- the potential, the blueprint of the seed.

And every seed, even the oldest,  you know shriveled up seed’s got 10% water in it. It is water communicating with water. Water holds the information. It’s said that the real ancients would share their most deepest wisdom into the waters in the knowledge that that would never, it would never disappear but it would also only come at a time where people could learn to start to understand how that can be crystallized into form again, and we could start to see of the magnetic of the ancients. I think that’s what I’m seeing in my work, actually. a whole nother thing. So there are practical things you can do. Of course, you can write words, and sh- but, and exci- uh, I was gonna say write words on your bottle and, and all of those are, are lovely.

But don’t give away your power too much. I really feel like you know over the years every restructuring device known to man, and I can just tell you hand to heart, the biggest change, the quickest change I have ever seen structurally when it comes to water is through human loving consciousness. It happens in a flash. I have to drive to Auckland, ’cause where I live, we live on tank water. I have to drive to Auckland to collect my municipal tap water to work with. I don’t only work with tap water. I’ve worked with every, all the kinds of waters. And the only water I don’t work with is distilled water because I think of it like an observer only. I think it is salts and minerals that help the water to store information for longer, whereas the distilled water just observes without interacting.

So I only see a signature pattern. I don’t see really, um- Big, uh, designs in there that relate to petroglyphs or to art, for example. And so when it comes to the tap water, I have it in a, a– because water’s sensitive to light, so I have it in a con– in a a cupboard. One morning I woke up thinking about the tap water, ’cause I know what it looks like. It’s always disordered. I was just thinking, “Oh, that poor tap water’s stuck in there and I’ve gotta work with it, that poor thing.” And then I go in, and now I can’t work with it. It’s just ruined. It’s control water because it all looks like flowers and it’s all just beautiful. And that was just purely from having a thought about it and connecting to it when I was in bed.

Guy:
it all looks beautiful It’s all just beautiful And then it’s just familiar Wow there’s so much in there and I I can s
I think that But

Veda:
there is two ways we can go through life. We can go through life in fear, or we can go through life with, with love. Or at the very least, in more fearless. Fear less. And, you know, I, I think that it’s easy to say, and I know it is, it’s easy to say, “Don’t be in
fear.” It’s easy to say. its hard to do sometimes when you are bombarded with information that is so negative and so scary. But one of the things that water has taught me is that water, see, water doesn’t die. It only changes from one state to another. goes from a liquid to a gas and to a solid. It can be plasma. It c- always … it, but it always comes back to life. It’s never dead. it always just transmutes from one stage to another stage. and if you consider that we are so much water, and that even in death water evaporates.

The word hydrogen actually means the creator of water. Hydro, water, gen, genesis. So even the sun could be seen as bringing its children back home. And when we are in this reminder of water, when we’re in this, like, ocean of water, when we think about water, when we actually tap into the waters inside of ourselves, we realize that it is always ready to step into our greatest potential. Words have impact on the, on the water that’s outside of us. We know how we feel when someone’s mean to us. I was teased terribly as a child. I was a very unfortunate little … I was a very very late bloomer, and people can be very, very mean. We know how words can hurt us. But do they have to hurt us? So I’ve  learnt now, a- over time, that actually the power is with us, how we respond. we don’t have to … We, we have a reaction, but how we res- choose to respond.

So water has different layers, just like us. So there is the, the, the, the physical layer, and it has what w- I would term as a spiritual layer. A layer of which has like an observer. So one of the greatest things that it’s taught me is that to observe myself when I’m feeling scared, or observe myself when I’m feeling angry, or observe and ask the question, when was the first time you felt like that? Hmm. Like, I, I, I, I’m like, just ask questions. I don’t judge. And so all around us, we have symbology, we have words, we have EMF, we have all of these things. We can see how it impacts water. But we can see beyond all shadow of a doubt, and I none of this is true, is that no matter how destroyed water might look structurally, being right next to Wi-Fi router or from, from hateful words or from whatever the thing is, it has nothing It, it has…

There’s nothing quicker Nothing faster, nothing stronger, nothing better than loving, conscious loving intention that can shatter everything. My daughter n- was a very, very wise, she’s a very wise young lady, and when she was little, she came in just, very awake I And I, used to go and collect the water in large volumes, you the water that helped heal me. ‘Cause I was, ended up giving it to all kinds of cancer patients and stuff myself. I got very involved. And my, my, my children, Rama and Shanti. So Rama, it was Rama’s turn to listen to h- the music. He got to play his own music in the car. They got to take turns. And this time Rama was, like, wanting to listen to some, like, his rap. Like, his rap, and it was fine, it was Tupac, but, and, and it was a couple of others in there, but there was a lot of swearing. and so and so we have this, all this water in the back, and my mind is going,

“Oh, man. I don’t know how it’s gonna, if it’s gonna, like, what it’s gonna think about this particular type of rap.” And then, so I said to my daughter, “Can you fix it? Can you just sort this out for me?” You know what she did? It was so interesting. She said, she, she put her hand over the water like this, like she putting her hand just energetically the water that was full in the back in these boxes. she just sang the My Little Pony, ’cause she was into My Little Pony. << My Little Pony >> She sang this little thing was just from the innocence of her thinking that it was all about love and friendship for her. And so she put that energy into the water, and she put it in her own energetic bubble, right? And I’m like, “Well, I know she knows what she’s doing, so it’ll be fine,” so I stopped worrying about it.

Came back, and I started doing crystallography with one of those boxes that I kept for myself, and in every, nearly every crystallographic image there was a horse. And was, it was so– And, and hearts. Hearts and horses. And it was fascinating because she had t- had actually through her conscious intention taken caredthat situation. Now, I want to add that there’s nothing wrong with rap. I did a whole entire thing where I I know that Emoto’s demonstrations of, you know, um, heavy metal versus classical music, but they were very extreme. And my son likes lots of different music, and so he read Messages in Water and he said to me, “Oh, Mom, oh, Mom, I think water hates me.” I’m like, “Why?” And he goes, they’re likes classical music and John Lennon and, and really hate. hates heavy metal.” I’m like, “I didn’t know you liked heavy metal.” He said, “I don’t, but I like rap and look, it doesn’t like swearing either, and water must hate me.”

And I s- went on this whole musical journey with him, and we used a song called All Eyes on Me that he was listening to by Tupac, and got this big eye And then that went on to a whole genres of different music. And, and water isn’t a judgment. It responds to the frequency or your frequency. So I did these when I was– I would l- leave the room and come back and freeze. And it was just incredible how it would pick up on words and design the imagery, or it would design hydroglyphs so you could read messages in there. It was, it was amazing, really. So I just, for my personal preference,  you know this was before I did all of this, and I was just like, “Oh, God, is the water gonna be okay?” Your conscious expression is the highest mirror of the divine of which is water if you that water is a divine mirror and there are trillions of water molecules that are mirroring you, you just have to ask who you wanna be.

Guy: Hmm. Ah, that’s a beauti– and that’s a beautiful message, period. That’s incredible. I’m just aware of my time ’cause I, I have to wrap the podca– I f– Veda, I feel like I’m just scratching the surface with you, mate. Like it’s, wow. I’m captivated. Ju-just for listeners, just to tie it up, wrap it up, there a practical that we could be aware of? You know, it– ’cause we, we dr- we drink water. People are even walking around just even dehydrated probably. They’re, you know, not even remineralizing their body. Like there’s just, there’s so– I know there’s so many aspects of it, but what would be footnotes that make us become more aware of actually that we create this relationship with our internal being, actually inviting water into our body on a daily basis?

Veda:
I really like how you said
because I have water– it– my– in the Maori culture, which is a native New Zealand culture, um, from the Maori people I believe our ancestors are in the water. So when I have water, when you think all the water that it could be, but this water’s found its way to you. And think, imagine there is an ancestor that has wisdom and love for you, and you are about to embody it. I imagine, gosh, is this my grandmother? Is this my great-great-great-great-grandfather that this en- energy is coming and wants to say hi to me? It– you are the welcoming committee. you. Are the welcoming committee.

With the work that I’ve done with saliva shows that even just speaking a word, it shows up in the saliva. Saliva is the first liquid that the water that you drink will come into contact with. And that holds the information. That is the welcome. So just simple thank you. Even if it’s just under your breath, it is making a difference, and it is welcoming that water into you if you d- no matter, you can go and get the most pristine water in the entire world just assuming it’s gonna make the biggest difference to you. but it is not true. It,  it,  it can help for sure, but how you receive the water into your body makes the biggest difference to your wellbeing, to your, future outcome. And for your ancestral line, it is so healing when you receive their vibration.

And if you don’t believe in all that and you just believe that in God, great. Do you think that God is not in the water? God is in the water. God is in the water and in the waters within you. And if you don’t believe in all that, then at the very least understand there is light in the water, and water is a lighthouse, and you want to light yourself up, and that is gonna help illuminate your body in ways you can’t even imagine yet. a simple way of just embracing an invi- invitation to waters because water never used to be called water. In old days it was called the waters. Then we reduced it to water when Romans brought plumbing into creation and we started seeing our waste getting taken away, and then we reduced it further to H2O. It’s time for a renaissance. In the Aquarius age where the, uh, water bearer is tipping the waters out, it is to cleanse the consciousness of the people.

Guy:
Wow wow. Where can people find out more of you? I believe you’ve got a documentary coming out as well, haven’t you? Have you been-

Veda:
I do. Well, uh, it’s, um… we’re still– well, you can see the making of the documentary to see what we’ve– with the trailer, and we are still crowdfunding, and that’ll be going on for the next year
before we it take, cost so much to put it all together. I had no idea. So we’re still crowdfunding for that. So if anyone wants to watch the documentary and if so inspired, that’s, um, every little bit helps. Um my book is out, The Living Language of Water, and, uh, and obviously there’s a lot of, uh, resources on my website as well.

Guy:
Oh, beautiful. And, uh, I’ll make sure there’s link
in the show notes for everyone just to go and check it out as well. Veda, honestly, what– You’re so inspiring. Just listening to you share your passion and knowledge and understanding and discoveries is, is an honor. It’s just been so great to hold space with you for th-this hour, and I have no doubt everybody’s gonna be walking away with this guaranteed. The, the, the next glass of water they drink is gonna be a very different relationship with it, I have no doubt Not at all.

Veda:
Thank you.

Guy:

Veda. I much appreciate it.

Veda:
Thank you so much
