#61 I teamed up with my good buddy Matt Omo of Omo Sound Journeys to do a three-part video series via Facebook Live.
This is Part 1 of 3 of the Let Go & Live In Flow video series.
I’ve known Matt for many years and honored to call him a friend. His work is incredible. We teamed up and ran our first retreat (also with the amazing Petra Brzovic) at the beginning of 2019; Let Go & Live In Flow..
It was an incredible opportunity to retreat from our lives and truly embody and ‘do the work’. The transformations we witnessed in those three days were nothing short of incredible!
As we have another three-day retreat coming up in August 2019, we wanted to take the mystery out of being able to let go and live in flow and hopefully inspire others to truly look at this life-transforming work. Enjoy!
